Role overview

Deliver personalised preventive assessments and coordinate ongoing care for a local and international patient community.

Key responsibilities

Conduct consultations and health risk assessments.
Develop evidence-based care plans.
Coordinate referrals and follow-up.
Collaborate with specialists, nurses and nutrition professionals.

Requirements

Recognised medical degree and at least three years of clinical practice.
Experience in preventive health and chronic disease risk management.
Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong patient communication and accurate medical documentation.
Indonesian professional registration and practice authorisation appropriate to the position.
