Clinic Operations Manager

Role overview

Build and manage the daily operations of Longevium Bali, from launch preparation to consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate staffing, schedules, suppliers, procurement and operating budgets.
Establish practical SOPs and monitor operational performance.
Work closely with the clinical team and clinic management.
Resolve operational issues and improve the patient journey.

Requirements

At least three years managing a clinic, healthcare facility or comparable operation.
Experience with team management, budgets, procurement and service quality.
Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Confidence using CRM, scheduling systems, spreadsheets and digital tools.
Clinic opening or pre-opening experience is an advantage.
